Refund policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the ReplyArc Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) between Wondertabs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202037320G, Singapore) (“ReplyArc”, “we”, “us”) and the business that registers a workspace (the “Customer”, “you”). It explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and how cancellations and refunds work. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to put ReplyArc in front of real visitors and decide for yourself. So every new paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if ReplyArc is not right for your business, email us within 30 days of your first payment for that workspace and we will refund everything you have paid in full. No long forms, no “tell us why” hoops, though we always welcome the feedback.

The guarantee applies once per workspace, to your first paid subscription term (monthly or annual) after the free plan. It is our way of removing the risk of trying a paid plan; it is not a recurring right to a refund on every renewal.

2. What the guarantee covers

Everything you pay in your first 30 days is covered, with no carve-outs: your plan subscription fee (Starter, Growth or Business, billed monthly or annually) and any pay-as-you-go conversation charges on top of it. If you ask within the window, we refund the full amount. The Free plan is free, so there is nothing to refund; you can use it for as long as you like without a payment card.

3. How to request a refund

Email billing@replyarc.ai from the address on your account, or write to us from the dashboard, within 30 days of your first payment. Tell us the workspace name so we can find the charge. We aim to reply within one business day and to approve eligible requests promptly.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Most refunds reach your statement within 5 to 10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Where GST or another tax was charged, it is refunded in the same proportion. Once a refund is issued, the paid features for that term end and the workspace moves to the Free plan.

5. Cancelling after the guarantee period

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing or the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Outside the 30-day guarantee we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in a period that has already started, but you keep full access until that period ends.

6. Exceptions and fair use

The guarantee is offered in good faith and assumes good-faith use. We may decline or reverse a refund where an account has materially breached the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, where the guarantee has already been used for the same workspace, or where we reasonably determine it is being abused (for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding to obtain free usage). Enterprise and other agreements signed on a custom order form or MSA are governed by the refund terms in that contract, which prevail over this Policy.

7. Changes and your statutory rights

We may update this Policy from time to time; the version that applies to a payment is the one in force when that payment is made, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or by email. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded. Questions? Email billing@replyarc.ai.
